Review on Control Company 5028 Traceable Timer by Tonya Zayas

I needed a good "TIMER" for my RC helicopter hobby. One with BIG numbers, a BIG and EASY TO READ screen, and a LOUD alarm clock. I found everything in this timer after numerous searches for links in the dozens available. PRO: Easy time setting and use. The alarm clock is a real distraction, as it should be. Wonderfully "excites" any local noise. The clip on the back hangs easily on my RC transmitter's collar and doesn't get in the way. My full attention is always on my RC helicopters, so I need a screen that can be seen quickly at a glance, although I need it more for a timed alert to get my model back on the ground. I dropped it face down on my concrete disc = no damage, breakage or scratches. CONS: The screen is always on. It should "time out" or have an "off/on" switch after a period of inactivity. Otherwise, buy with confidence.
