The Products Sold at the HTTH Online Store Fall Short of Expectations

Given that HTTH's stated goal is to provide customers with products that will last a long time while still looking good, I was eager to make a purchase from their online shop of some outdoor gear. The goods I've tried from them have all been disappointing. After only a few uses, the zippers on the backpack I purchased from the HTTH online store began to malfunction, making it difficult to open and close the various compartments. The cloth started to fray at the seams and the edges, so the bag looked old and used. I tried to get a refund or a substitute from them, but their customer service was uncaring and unhelpful when I called. The short duration of the guarantee they claimed the product had was not specified on the website. Overall, I'm dissatisfied with the quality of the goods and the subpar support I received from the HTTH online store. If you're searching for long-lasting camping equipment, I wouldn't go near their wares.

Pros
  • Numerous options for tools.
Cons
  • Poor attention to customers.
