Review on Sony MDREX15AP/B In-Ear Earbud Headphones with Mic - Black by Taufik ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I should have looked better, spent money on an ordinary product.

In the mode of moderate operation, they had only put in a total of 1 year and 4 months of work before the breakdown. with a warranty duration that is one year long. For the most majority of this time period, headphones were only utilized while at home. The wires did not become twisted and they did not become crumpled. After the conclusion of this time period, the right earpiece ceased working properly. These are the explanations: 1) A wire that has been improperly fastened at the entrance to the case as well as inside the case, resulting in a fracture or breaking of the wire in either location; this can occur either in the vicinity of the entry to the case or inside the case (the wire moves freely "back and forth", it can be easily pulled out and pushed inside). 2) Wires of inferior grade The sound quality is around four points out of ten, based on the experience of using other, more costly Sony headphones as well as cheaper non-names. In general, the sound quality is satisfactory to me. I wore headphones while I was listening to mp3 music, listening to audio books, playing games, or viewing movies on a computer that had an integrated sound card, on a phone, or on a standard player that was not intended for audiophiles. This particular model, the MDR-EX15AP, comes complete with a microphone. Model MDR-EX15LP - no microphone. There is much misunderstanding. There are no comments because the microphone failed to check. Total: four for good sound Two for reliability: Quality of construction: 3.5 Soundproofing: a score of 4 The suggested retail price at many different stores is much too high. The costs that are mentioned in the reviews are, in general, ridiculous. As of the 25th of May, 2022, the current exchange rate of the Central Bank of the 2022 is 61.6 / USD. In my opinion, the price of these headphones should not exceed the range of 600 and 650 dollars. I was reading some reviews, and one of them mentioned a problem with the volume becoming smaller over time. The clogging of the porous filter that is located at the output of the sound channels of the headphones was typically the cause of the decrease in sound level that I experienced while operating one of the pairs of headphones (they are attached to the "rubber" ear pads). These filters can be cleaned with alcoholic beverages, such as vodka, or (if they are entirely blocked and cannot be cleaned), they can be gently pierced with a small needle. The volume will be returned to normal. This is an issue that arises with a lot of earplugs. In most cases, the volume produced by the headphone capsules themselves does not decrease with use. Particularly after a few months have passed.

Pros
  • 1) An adequate amount of soundproofing (not perfect, but pretty good, there was something to compare, checked in the subway). 2) Headphone carrying cases that are comfortable to use. If you lie down with your head on the pillow and put on a winter hat, you won't need to worry about sticking out your ears. 3. a plug in the shape of a L four). Good material ear cushions (3 pairs included) (3 pairs included).
Cons
  • 1) A short lifespan of the product. This is the most significant disadvantage. 2) Wires that are exposed to cold weather do get a distinct "tan." 3. A retail price that is too high (taking into account the real service life).
