1. They are offering a free gift in exchange for a 5⭐ rating so ignore all of these. The right earbud only works 50% of the time.3. They fall out with any activity with more movement than sitting completely still (and yes, I've tried changing the rubber pads). Walking, running, cycling, exercising. These kidneys fail in all of them.4. The touch settings don't really work. They also randomly adjust the volume to zero or skip songs without my input.5. They aren't nearly as smooth as they appear on the page. In fact, they are much larger and bulkier.6. They interfere with other apps on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) by opening them and closing the app I want to use (Revain Music/Pandora/YouTube etc).7. When they work, the sound quality and noise cancellation are good. And the battery life seems very good and they hold their money well when not in use. You CANNOT live with them. Again, they offer rewards for good reviews, so take them with a pinch of salt.
