Would like a better guide on how to place this screen on the LCD. My first attempt resulted in a skewed placement. I contacted the seller at RUIYA and received a response from Jocelyn instructing me to carefully separate the glass from the rims. Unfortunately, it was difficult for me to remove and required more effort than I expected. The screen shattered and I contacted Jocelyn about the situation. She immediately offered to send a replacement and I received a new one in a timely manner. Excellent customer service from Jocelyn @ RUIYA.
