Tiny and unusable because the head flexes as soon as it touches anything

I was given two sets so my housekeeper could turn them off if one got dirty. Unfortunately, she can't use them at all because their heads tilt when they touch something. They bend even at the slightest touch, so you can't even be very careful and use them. I wanted to love them because they are cute but it's just a waste of money :/
