Very disappointed with this purchase and wonder if this is indeed the case.

Stubble came out in the mouth after 5 days of use. I have bought Phillips Sonicare toothbrushes since they first came out and have never had any problems with brush heads before this product was introduced. Very disappointed with this purchase and I'm wondering if this is actually a Phillips product.
