Dead on arrival, instructions poorly translated.

Not much to say here. Connected to the car but it won't turn on. At the stand it was only tested with additional power and grounding and still wouldn't turn on. The instructions are also poorly translated. Not bad if you're an experienced installer and know how to choose wire colors, but maybe not too bad for a beginner. For example, the "high beam" wire is actually a dimmer wire.
