Shocked it doesn't work.
This thing shocked my wife the first time she tried to turn it on, no damage to it or the plug. When I plugged it in everything was fine no shock but after a few minutes it still wasn't hot enough to cook. Since we no longer had the packaging and it wasn't that expensive, we just threw it away.
