The kit is complete and of good quality. Everything is well packaged and fits neatly in the included plastic case. The instructions need to be downloaded to a mobile phone or tablet via 3D barcode, then you need to switch to a PC to actually complete the software setup. The instructions usually consist of photos with arrows and red boxes. It's up to you to decipher what they are actually telling you what to do. I'm still not halfway through the manual booklet and realize that you really need to keep track of the software version numbers and port numbers, which may be different for your hardware. So, I would definitely say that this is not a starter kit and therefore only gets 4 stars.
