Under the microscope you can see that the solder joints (especially the 15-pin drive power connector) are of poor quality: very tight pads (poor quality PCB drawings) with microscopic delaminations as well as microscopic solder splatter balls lying on the excess. / Raw flux. Cold solder joints. Gaps at some solder joints. Flux residue will remain on the underside and cannot be removed with water, detergent, or isopropyl alcohol.
