Great for sous vide (ignore the reviews from those who haven't read the product description)
We really liked their pressure cookers (4, 6 and 8 liter) and needed a good slow cooker to fill our needs slow cooker. Cook. It offered a sous vide that neither All-Clad nor Cuisinart had. We have two sous vide immersion devices that work well, but aren't great for long runs of 24 hours (or more) due to evaporation (you'll need to cover the pot with foil). I've searched several times and the water level hasn't dropped all day. Highly recommended!
