I made 50lb beefsticks and it worked like a dream. With a small tube it rotated very easily compared to my famous brand which was on a 15lb sausage stuffer. The only complaint I have is that I would like the inside of the syringe to be as polished as the outside. The matte finish on the inside is a bit more difficult to maintain. We processed our own game and slaughtered our own cattle and pigs forever. I've followed this game my whole life. Works very well and for the price you can't beat it!
