My first purchase of these cleat liners. They're made of rubber, so they need to be more durable than the spikes they protect. I just slipped them onto my boots and they stayed there nice and tidy. My first walk in them and I didn't realize they were on except that they were way more grippy than my regular boots. After slipping and almost falling a few times on plain spikes, they should give my shoes a lot more support. The biggest problem will be remembering to put them on when you get off the bike. I'm glad I bought them and wish I had done it sooner.
