I bought this tank to replace the tank used in my apex reverse osmosis water filtration system. All the connections were the same, so the tanks were easy to swap out once all the water and pressure had been drained from the old tank. The water pressure in my drinking water line to the refrigerator dropped. I thought there was something wrong with my old tank. The new tank works fine but the water pressure is a little better. I ended up installing a permeate pump in my filter system, which increased the water pressure and volume.
