The customer service has been great from day one! They are always willing to work with you if there's any issues or questions that arise along your implementation process. Their support team can help guide you through all aspects of an ERP system selection & deployment, including customizations for specific needs. I have not had many problems during our initial implementation phase but they were very responsive when we did encounter some challenges later down the road. We're using it as part of my job which includes managing accounting processes across multiple locations. It makes tracking time/expenses much easier than manually entering them into Excel spreadsheets by hand every month / week etc.
