These work very well for assembling a frame with T extrusion.
You don’t have to slide the nuts in before you assemble, but it’s a bit tricky to get the nut turned 90 degrees and locked in. With that said, it would definitely be more frustrating to have to disassemble because you forgot to slide in a nut, than using this product.

- Unless you have experience working with extrusion profiles, assembling the Iverntech 20Pcs Black Aluminum Corner Brackets can be a challenge. The instructions provided are vague and difficult to follow, and it can take some trial and error to get the brackets installed correctly
