Arrived a few days early today and very practical. In terms of headrest height, I'm 5ft 3in and the top of the headrest rises to about the height of my nose when I recline (the top of my head is above the headrest). It's not uncomfortable in any way, but for me I could see it for someone a few inches taller than me or with a longer torso. Aesthetically, it is very attractive, it looks noble and personable. The reason it gets 4 stars out of 5 is that it was extremely difficult to assemble even with 2 people as the screw holes that attach the armrests to the bottom of the chair were at least 2 inches from where they were had to be to properly attach the armrests, and I really can't overstate how difficult (or painful) it was to get each armrest in place over the holes and hold it. And potential buyers should keep in mind that it takes 2 people to assemble this chair (based on the instructions they give you and because you can). do not hold the armrests and screw in the screws at the same time, it is the same when you screw the back of the chair into the seat). Construction aside, I'm very happy with how the chair looks and feels.
