Review on ALLTRUST Lights Industrial Sconce Finish Lighting & Ceiling Fans by Penny Lewis

I was looking for a lamp that would fit the space well and have the features I needed, so I was happy to find it and get good reviews. When the light came on the shade was dented which was a disappointment. I emailed the customer service representatives listed on the package insert and received a response two hours later. Don't keep them on this timeline! It was just my experience. I sent them photos of the dented lampshade and they quickly replied that they sent a brand new lamp and I didn't have to worry about returning the damaged one. All email exchanges took place in one evening which was amazing. A few days later the light came. Installation was easy and it meets my needs. Will definitely check them out again when I have other lighting needs!
