This is an impressive handheld massager! It's relatively expensive, so you want to know that it's well made and actually works. It does. It offers deep vibration for knotted and sore muscles. It comes in a professional looking zipped case. You get easily interchangeable heads, 5 in total, with molded body space for each. My favorite is the foam covered ball you can see in the product photo. The on/off button is on the back. A long press turns it on or off. A short press switches through 4 different speeds. Blue LEDs will light up to show you which ones you are using. In addition, pressing the gun against the body also changes the vibration rate. You can even slow it down to a strong hammering pulse, which I like to do with really painful knots. To charge you used the included cable which plugs into a 110V outlet and the other end into the back of the device. The blue LEDs will now light up while charging. My father was a chiropractor and my brother is a massage therapist, so I have experience working with musculoskeletal to improve health. I'm excited about this device! It delivers more power in the areas you need. It really works, in my opinion, worth the investment and recommended.
