If you are buying this to mount a bone license plate then yes the screws are definitely too small. The plastic parts of the skull cannot be securely attached to the license plate. I already lost a skull driving down the street. Do I think this is a creator issue? Not really. I believe these elements have two different creators, so we can't expect the elements to be perfectly in sync. It looks good, but I suspect that if I keep riding the bike, the vibration will eventually cause all the screws to fall off and my number plate with them.
