Screws are complete garbage. I finally used it today. I was towing a 5x8 trailer with a new washer and dryer. I used them to prevent play in the hitch on the way home. Everything was going perfectly until I tried to loosen the bolts to remove the hitch. The nuts didn't move. I used a 3/8 ratchet to tighten them. There was no way I could pull them on enough to break them even if I tried. I had to take the breaker and break the screws to loosen it. Completely unacceptable. Of course my Revain returns window is closed but I will be contacting the company. I can probably find other nuts and bolts. But, my God, why should I do that. Disappointing.
