Both my travel mugs for water and coffee are from Contigo and I have been using their bottles for many years. They do a great job of keeping your coffee hot/cold for hours. My only concern is that since they are metal they are easy to scratch, especially the bottom corners and the area you drink from. I would like to see some rubber around the bottom to better protect the bottom and corners. I try to swap out my bottles every year or two, not because they're not working properly, but because the bottom corners are peeling off and the bottles are wobbling. I keep thinking that they would last a lot longer if they had thin, shock-absorbing rubber on the bottom.
