The product has helped us to simplify our DevOps life by providing all necessary components in one place. You can easily deploy your application or VM (Virtual Machine) as well as manage it from there without having to move out of dashboard. It's very easy to use and we haven't faced any issues while using this tool so far. I would say that you should try their free trial version first before purchasing anything. We have used OnApp to automate deployment of VMs at different locations without involving manual work. Also, we are able to monitor applications running on these VMs from my desktop itself which makes me feel more secure about them.
