The instructions were very poor but fortunately the construction is quite clear The suction power is excellent and has never let me down. My biggest complaint is that the wires holding it up are insanely long. I installed this on a sliding glass door but the wires make it look like most of the door is monopolized by this bed. I also don't really like the net as a bed as it sags under the cat's weight and makes the cat feel like it's standing on unstable ground. My cat isn't a fan, but I hope she trusts him more over time. Overall it's cheaper than most window sills so that's something to keep in mind, but there are definitely things that could be improved. Shorter wires and something more permanent like a bed would go a long way.
