Review on πŸͺ‘ Enhance Your Furniture with 8" Pyramid Style Wooden Furniture Feet: Set of 4 Feet by Jason Hutchinson

love love love! - Hardware

I am absolutely delighted with this purchase! I have a $6,000 (emory) Arhaus sofa that sits mostly with no gap on the floor. There was a feeling of tiredness and sloppiness, in addition, my elderly parents had difficulty getting up from such a low position. I really struggled to "give away" such an expensive piece of furniture (used sofas don't sell very expensive). So I thought I'd try this out. I bought 8" feet to raise it. I attached 8" legs to one section and quickly realized it was too tall! (How big "Edith Ann"). I'm a big arm girl, so I trimmed the legs down to 4.5" (it's a little tricky to cut as they are tapered on all four sides, but I used cardboard spacers to straighten the taper before trimming). I have ordered mounting plates.with these legs but don't think I need them, the legs bolt on perfectly and seem very strong. They are made from good quality solid wood.I had vertical dents in the corners on all the legs but once installed it is not noticeable at all. Now the sofa looks fresh and new and getting in and out is much easier for everyone. Also, it is much easier to clean underneath!
