I've been using Roudybush Daily Maintenance Pellets for years, ever since my cockatiel. The conversion was a bit difficult, but with perseverance we succeeded. I now have 2 lovebirds, one of whom was a seed junkie (the other hated seed and loved rowdybush). To turn my female lovebird into pellets, I used the old method of having another bird teach her how to eat them and adding the pellets to homemade bird bread. Now both are optimistic about new products. You get fresh fruit and vegetables daily, as well as Lafaber's Nurti berries and homemade bird bread as treats. I would love to feed them Harrison Organic Pellets but I need something more affordable and Roudybush is perfect! I'm collecting crumbs for my lovebirds and recently rescued budgie. They eat everything, even crumbs. PS If your bird doesn't eat crumbs, don't waste them. Just add it to your bird bread recipe!
