Giving two stars because it looks great and my dog loves it but it completely fell apart after washing. The inner mesh separating the pillow from the main core has come undone, the zipper has broken, the seams on the outside are wide open. Not only did I follow the instructions, I took it a step further and used a clothes protector bag and hung it dry. I wish I could just spend another $20 to get a second Kong bed. We have washed and dried the Kong duvet over 50 times with no problems. In fact I have a cover from our first Kong bed 4 years ago, still in perfect condition. If you never want to wash this bed, buy it. That is beautiful. But if you're buying this "washable" bed with the intention of washing it one day, go ahead.
