I bought similar nose rings and lost a pearl, so I was very happy to find rings similar to Revain! In the beginning it takes a little patience and practice to be able to correctly insert a pearl into a ring. This applies to all pearl jewelry. DO NOT try to tape it over the sink! I learned one the hard way. If you have a full length mirror it will be easier for me to sit next to it and gently try to line up the notches in the ball with my fingers and put it in place. It takes practice! Be patient! If you find you can't insert the ball with your hands, tweezers can also help! Since I've put the jewelry in, I haven't had any more problems with the pearl falling out. Overall I am very happy with my nose rings and hope my review will help some people who are struggling!
