LEGO branded baseplates are expensive but the quality is second to none when compared to fakes. This baseplate is larger than the standard baseplate, which can be good or bad. If you're building a large stage and want to connect the baseplates, this size can be problematic as it doesn't quite fit the standard 10x10 baseplates. You'll need a couple of 5x5 or 5x10 slabs to get everything right. to build. It really depends on your goal. As you can see in my images, I was able to place these large slabs in my LEGO City and they proved very useful as they provide a lot of space to work with. .Overall this base plate is great and you will not find the same quality in fakes.
