I ordered size 8.5 but should have ordered size 9. They run a bit small. The shoes are very light and comfortable on the foot. It looks stylish/sporty. The side of the shoe has an elastic band, a buckle and a "D" shaped ring which is for looks only. I don't see any setting or function in it. I like that there are many colors. There is no separate tongue on this shoe, which is different. I find it makes shoelaces a little difficult to tighten properly. I'm not sure how long the material will last before snapping when the strings are pulled harder. I think time will tell. The sole of the shoe is relatively smooth, but I had no problems slipping. Generally the shoes appear to be of decent quality. It will be interesting to see how long they last.
