I bought this decal because I was redecorating our botanical themed guest room and thought it would go great with the comforter I bought. The application took a long time due to the amount of detail and difficulty in getting the branches as they looked in the photo. With my husband's help, we did part of it in the evening and another part the next day after dinner. A few spots didn't come through like they should have, but luckily there were some extra black areas on the sheet that I was able to cut out to help piece it together. Most of the pieces adhere well to our partially textured wall, but I have to repress some of the narrower knots from time to time. I was also a bit disappointed with one of the birds, the seller's photo showed two of the same birds but one seemed mutilated to me so I didn't use it. I contacted the seller to see if I could buy just one bird. They replied quickly and said the one I didn't like was actually a bird just from a different angle, but if I give them my full address, they would send me more birds and ask me to wait patiently. I thought it was very nice of them as they really didn't need it. It was August 25th and I'm still waiting patiently, now it's October 7th and I haven't gotten any birds yet and I'm wondering if I ever will or not. Well, a bird will not make or break a design. So overall, with the exception of one missing bird, I'm happy with how it turned out and how it looks in the room.
