I wish I had bought it when it first became available.
I first bought the 8 inch version of this pan to replace the small pan we use every day. I was so impressed I bought the 10 inch. Food slides easily, the grip stays cool. It seems much stronger than other nonstick pans. I didn't want to jump on the "copper" bandwagon because we've heard all the claims about other nonstick pans. I'm glad I gave them a chance.
