I'm 5'6" and wear a size 10-12 and they fit me perfectly (size L). It was definitely assembled but attached with no problems and looked fine. Also, I have long legs and the inseam was a good length, I'm guessing 32-33 inches. I was on a ski trip where I didn't ski much, but when I was cross country skiing I was able to wear thermals underneath and didn't get cold at all (in Whistler). I would definitely recommend it as a cheaper, no fuss option if you don't want to spend money on more expensive ski gear.
