If you want a cappucino or latte or anything with milk, forget about it with this machine. Nothing like the picture. Not enough space for a cup. When you place a cup on a tray, the coffee is always poured from the side of the cup, not the middle. looks ugly No professional milk froth or cappuccino temperature for this quantity. I used to love Jura machines but this is a total disappointment and waste of money. Although it has a larger water tank, it is only suitable for any coffee without milk. The cleansing milk system is a bit ugly. The reason I'm writing this review is that on top of that I can't find a milk accessory set that fits this model. Other nozzles just didn't get to the milk container. I would have bought something cheaper if I had known that this model does not fulfill its declared functions.
