I only eat once a day. (starving) About a year ago I was always like this. This keeps my weight stable. I ACCEPT MY DAILY NUTRITIONAL REQUIREMENTS. Some people cannot cope with fasting and become very nauseous. I gave this 3 stars for comfort due to side effects. You CAN prevent them if you are not sensitive to nicotinic acid and treat your habits. I only take it on the second day. I take 2 a day as I only eat once a day. And you take 2 with a full glass of water 15 minutes before meals. i will warn you The first day I took the first dose at about 1 and ran a mile. I had a headache all day until I fell asleep. It was a little difficult to sleep but I have also been diagnosed with insomnia so this may not apply to others or even you when it comes to side effects. I had weird stomach pains after eating (oops I ate a lot of carbs), try to stay away from a lot of carbs when eating or it will raise your blood sugar and you'll almost get jittery. Stay away from other caffeine. i only drink water Drank about 1 bottle of water with a full glass of water (16.9 fl oz) on the second day (today) at 12 noon. And again went running for a mile. I had hives/rash but only when I ran. No itching, no burning. I just blushed a little as my body tried to quickly use the energy the supplement gave me while running. If you experience itching or burning and it doesn't go away STOP TAKING, you have negative reactions to niacin that can affect your health deeper than just the side effects. Mine was gone 10 minutes after I stopped running. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. THINKING OF JAW CLUTCH (both are associated with headaches due to niacin and massive amounts of energy) I had no headaches today. I realized I had clenched my jaw too much yesterday and stopped. I also drank more water today. I started at 155 pounds. Usually the first 10 pounds is water weight but I lost 150 pounds in 2 days and am really looking forward to losing more in the coming weeks. This bottle will last me 2 months (because I don't eat more than once a day), take a 2 week break after 1 month of supplementation or your body will adjust to the key ingredients used for weight loss. If you've ever taken melatonin before bed, you know what I'm talking about when I say that after a while your body gets used to the supplement. Hope this helps someone with questions.
