Review on Serami by Juice Jali

I went to Serami's online store with lofty expectations because I'm an experienced user of kitchen and home goods. My interaction with this business, however, was hardly positive. The dinnerware set I bought appeared stunning in the photographs, but the actual items I got fell short of my expectations and were of poor quality. Even worse, the items came with several pieces that were scratched and chipped due to poor packaging used for shipping. Despite contacting customer support, I only encountered unhelpful, unresponsive agents who failed to find a solution to my problem. Overall, I had a very negative experience with Serami, and I strongly advise other savvy consumers to stay away from their subpar products and shoddy shipping methods.
