I've bought a few of these different sizes and brands but none, including this one, have worked as well as the first one I bought which is no longer available. It was half the size and I still use it on my basement steps. The biggest problem with this model is that it doesn't charge for more than 24 hours, which is due to the motion sensor. On the other hand, it is thin and provides enough light over the kitchen sink. I now turn it off during the day and only use it at night to increase my charge time, but it's still not optimal for my purposes.
