A few minutes after connecting the hard drive, Scarlet Audio Hub and wireless mouse, this product stopped working. At first, my audio flickered in and out of the Scarlet. This means that Logic Pro kept notifying me that the audio device was disabled and then enabled. The mouse then lingered for at least a second or skipped across the screen instead of precise movements. I've been using all of these devices for over a year now and the only difference is that I've tried a hub instead of plugging each one into a port on my Mac. For a completely new product, this is totally unacceptable. Obviously poorly made. Even if it works for you initially, it probably won't work in the long run due to poor production. I just returned this and bought another product from a different manufacturer for a lot of money. And also. In the meantime, switch back to individual ports.
