You look amazing on your face. I thought it was one of those things that makes it feel better when someone else does it to you, but it's so relaxing. I find it really helps with headaches. There are many excellent YouTubes on how to use it. I use mine before bed and in the morning and leave them on my bedside table. My kids love it when I do it for them too. Feels much better than a face massage with hands.
