Review on 👔 Bosca Old Leather Collection: Men's Wallets, Card Cases & Money Organizers - Accessories for Men by Robert Sorrells

I bought this from the Bosca website because I had a discount. This is the fifth Bosca product I own and I have to say that unfortunately the quality isn't what it used to be. Before that I had 3 Bosca wallets and a card case. I bought the first one in the 80's and the last one about 15 years ago. Three of the purses inside were labeled 'Made in Italy' and 'hand-dyed leather'. The card case was labeled 'Made in the USA' and 'Hand Dyed Leather'. Their quality was excellent. I recently decided on a coat bag and of course ordered a Bosca because I have been so impressed with their products in the past. I was disappointed. The skin is very thin and much of the interior is made of thin fabric. The wallet is marked '1911', with no indication of place of manufacture or type of leather. This is a good wallet but far from the quality of the old ones. In my opinion it's not worth the price and I wouldn't buy it again. To be fair, this has happened to many products from almost every company in recent years. I wish that quality companies like bosca continue the tradition and continue to produce the excellent products of the past.
