Disappointed -
I'm a big fan of Nine West watches. I couldn't shorten the bracelet and had to take it to a jeweler to do it. He said the bracelet was plated after the pins were inserted. The bracelet is cheap and I developed a rash on my wrist after wearing it for just a day. I can't even wear it now. Completely disappointed!
