I like that all you have do in order set things are just plug-ins with different features or tools; so no extra software installation needed when compared to other products out there (like Carbonite). Also, as mentioned above by others - backups can be stored locally/offsite if required without having an internet connection available! You need proper hardware but otherwise nothing really comes across negatively against our experience using VmCom. We're currently looking at moving from one hoster service provider over into another which will mean we'll lose access too certain services such as online email accounts etc., however, these issues shouldn’t affect us once again because of how well backed everything gets through vm com's system?
