I ordered this watch for my sister in law who has poor eyesight. He could see the face but complained that the bandage was uncomfortable. Just ten days later, I happened to be next to him when he was trying to put the watch on and the bracelet broke in two. The company's policy in this case is that it will only take back goods that are in "as new" condition.
