This is a really good case for note 9. The first thing I did when I finally got the case after waiting a whole week was to use a stand and watch some videos on YouTube. I don't know why or how, but using a case really improves the sound coming out of the phone. So thumbs up for that. My only criticism of the product is that the glossy, shiny, translucent, thick plastic front attracts fingerprints. If like me you like to keep your phone and case clean, have a microfiber cloth handy. I would recommend the product and not the seller as it could have arrived sooner. Thank you for reading. Edit: Also provides excellent fall protection. I have a habit of swinging the phone on my shoulder so my hands are free and the phone slips and falls to the ground. When I picked it up, I couldn't find any cracks, dents or damage on either the phone or the case.
