Truth. suitable for headphones

I have owned these headphones for 6 months. I'm a semi-audiophile. As a rule, they were my choice for listening to music. I'm only writing this review because I discovered the truth that I've been missing for 6 months. This is my resume. Here are my thoughts on why you should choose these cheaper or more expensive headphones. (And yes you should, but read on.) They're great no matter what you plug them into. i will give it to you In general, when you connect them to your iPhone, Android, Mac, etc., you will be impressed. You are damn good. The volume is ideal, there are high frequencies, but rather restrained, but at the same time preserving truthfulness. They won't break the drumhead tweeter, but the highs are definitely there and serve to emphasize the highs. The bass is a real bass. That's not overly exaggerated; They will NOT give you ear massage, but they will give you pretty accurate bass. It's actually a fantastic thing, learning to appreciate the bass and not treating your ears like a trampoline is definitely enlightening. I mainly use them with Spotify for my music diet. I'm a premium subscriber which gives me the rights to their high quality streams. You WILL recognize erroneous entries. Certain punk rock isn't going to sound as good as high-end electronics or high-end modern pop music. The ATH-M50x obviously keep up the recording quality, but I'd say they're pretty forgiving at the same time. If you bought a few cans of AT at a higher price you'd probably shell out even more, and is it worth it? Um, it's up to you, but this is the best place for the price if you really want to find errors in the record, I'm a geek. The main thing for these cans is: plug them into anything and you'll get great sound. what they are connected to. They reveal the truth about the audio output of the device they are connected to. An iPhone doesn't sound as good as one connected to a MacBook Pro, which doesn't sound as good as a PC with a good sound card. I've used these on my headphone jack on Dell monitors connected to an NVIDIA 980ti GPU that feeds audio through the audio jack. It was good. Today I pulled out the long 3.5mm male to 2.5mm male connector (the connection on the ATH-M50 is 2.5mm, FYI) and decided to pair it with a decent Realtek sound card on my gaming connect PC. The gods dropped the bliss and said how the hell did I miss that, dammit. That woke the beast. I can't say more until you try them with a preamp (recommended by colleagues) or something that sounds decent. It's a catalyst, you just need the right crucible to handle it. You combine these little ones with the right output mechanism and they're going to be some of the best $100 headphones you'll ever buy. The possibilities are endless, just feed them right. Since purchasing these I have purchased other Audio-Technica audio and recording equipment. Have your own set of ATH-CKS55XBT Bluetooth Headphones: Audio-Technica SOLID BASS ATH-CKS55XBT Wireless Stereo Bluetooth Headset Plus AT2020 USB Microphone: Audio-Technica AT2020USB PLUS USB Cardioid Condenser Microphone Helps you 3 miles from their headquarters and warehouse away, but my first venture with AT was these headphones I bought from Revain and I've had no regrets. These banks have strengthened my loyalty to the AT brand. You are truth.
