Perfect hoop for "Princess " costume
This worked great under my "Belle" dress for my granddaughter's birthday/Halloween costume party. It is full and held the long skirt out very nicely when standing, but it is flexible so that I was also able to easily fold and conform it into the car so I could drive to the party. I am only 5'3", but the stretchy top section can be pulled up higher and the slip stayed in place without rolling down. Great single hoop petticoat, I'm glad I chose this one!
