The first pair of minimalist trail running shoes. And I really like her. I didn't want to spend a fortune as I wasn't sure I would like minimalist shoes so I went for these. Very flexible and breathable, I wore them without socks. I usually wear womens size 11.5 shrunk to 11 and glad I did, these guys are stretchy and my usual size would be flexible. Such an incredible difference to actually be able to grab the ground and fully utilize your legs. The sole is enough to protect your feet from sharp stones and the like, but you can still feel the ground. I may have a small blister under my big toe after running it for the first time today, but it's probably my fault I covered 5 miles on my first test run. I think I'll get another pair, these little ones seem to have so many options. Beach, Kayaking, Gardening. Let's see how they hold up first.
