This computer is expensive to get a big 1TB hard drive. and it basically comes with old software from 2014 and stuck in windows "S MODE". Sure, there are WAYS to remove it, but they don't work - so you're stuck with lots of Microsoft pop-ups that keep trying to sell you stuff through the Microsift Store AND bombard your email that you need to deploy to Windows activate at all. With S MODE you can directly add applications sold and "endorsed" by Microsoft. I've gone through all of their help junk, spoken to them and Acer, but I'm still stuck in S mode. that sucks. it's annoying. I'm not paying Microsoft for every little thing I can add to this computer - it doesn't even let you run Microsoft Office by paying for an additional upgrade. nearly $700 for constantly invading my privacy and tracking my every move. ridiculous. Stick with your old laptop and just upgrade your hard drive and save $100.
