Nice but not very educational.
These bones are strong and my kids seemed to enjoy rolling them, but after a few days the novelty wore off and we went back to yoga cards. There are also no instructions for the poses themselves, so unless you're already practicing and unsure of your technique, I'd stick with a book or yoga cards or whatever. It has an optional game concept and the dice are pretty and seem well made.
